How we operate, protect your data, and keep things fair.
The Bridge provides a managed implementation platform connecting businesses with degree-certified Specialists who execute technical, creative, and operational tasks. Access is provided through tiered subscriptions (Ledger, Connected, Intelligence Base, Intelligence Pro) and optional Maintenance Mode.
Credits represent hours of specialist execution time. Subscription-included credits expire after 90 days. Separately purchased credits expire after 6 months. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits are not refundable upon tier downgrade or cancellation.
Bridge Specialists are independent professionals vetted and ranked by The Bridge. Specialist assignments are based on expertise matching. The Bridge facilitates the engagement but is not liable for individual specialist performance beyond our quality review process.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may upgrade at any time (effective immediately) or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Maintenance Mode requires 3 consecutive months on an Intelligence tier. No long-term contracts are required.
The Bridge never processes your customer payments or handles your funds. Your payment processor, bank account, and merchant services remain entirely under your control. We move data, not dollars.
You agree not to use The Bridge for illegal activity, to circumvent security measures, or to misrepresent your identity. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without notice.
Account information (name, email, business details), onboarding data (stack audit, brand preferences, team members), inventory and sales data you input, and Bridge ChatBot conversation history. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, feature usage) via PostHog.
To operate your dashboard and provide specialist services. To generate implementation roadmaps based on your Team Pulse feedback. To match specialists to your needs. To improve The Bridge platform. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with encrypted credentials. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We follow industry-standard security practices.
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The current billing period is non-refundable. Prepaid plans (e.g., 3-month Intelligence Pro) are refundable for unused full months within 14 days of purchase.
Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no specialist work has been initiated. Once a specialist engagement begins, those credits are considered consumed.
If you are unsatisfied with specialist work, contact us within 48 hours. We will review the engagement and may issue a credit replacement at our discretion.
